My New Year Resolutions for 2011
For 2011 I have some low-cost, low-maintenance, limited-period resolutions:
1) I'll have healthy food for a week (7 consecutive days)
2) I'll go for long walks for 4 days.
3) I'll go to the gym for at least 8 days
4) I'll sleep early and get up at 6 am for 3 days
I'll keep you posted on how it goes. :)
